TECHNIWAVE develops a wide range of high performance Satcom products (Block up-converter, Solid state amplifiers,…..).

TECHNIWAVE manufactures Up Frequency Converters including  IF block amplification, Synthesized Source, Multiband Frequency Converters and PA amplifier for both the Commercial and Military Markets. These line of Upconverters covers  Ku, Ka and soon Q Frequency Communication Band's. Both indoor rack mounted or ruggedized outdoor antenna mounted units are available. IF bandwidths from 850 MHz up to 2.15 GHz could be supported depending on system requirements.

SSPAs based on the latest Galium Nitride (GaN) technology offer the best combination of high peak powers, high reliability, high efficiency, and soft degradation.

   Spurious < -58 dBc at POUT=P1dB

   Harmonics ≤ -30 dBc

   Environmentally sealed & EMI shielded (hermetic sealing in option)
